Principal – Jeff Allen

Jeff Allen is a resourceful, results-driven senior training specialist offering 25 years of expertise in adult education and instructional design. Jeff has experience creating and managing strategic training initiatives (both traditional and e-learning) for $100 million technology projects impacting up to 50,000 end users. He also draws from an extensive background in instructional design theory, including a Certificate in Adult Education from St. F.X. University and a Master of Arts degree in Learning and Technology from Royal Roads University. Jeff is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) through the Canadian Institute for Performance and Learning.

Jeff has a unique ability to present the big picture while never losing site of the critical details. He’s a master at sorting through complex issues, determining training needs, developing and selling solutions, and managing training projects through completion.

Jeff has advanced Microsoft Office skills and is fluent in English and French. His Top Secret (Level |||) security clearance is valid through December 2021.
